Introduction to Politics or Parlourmaids
By looking at a range of evidence sources from census forms to photographs this unit offers new perspectives into those who lived and worked at Fota House one hundred years ago.
It will give students and insight into the social history of the house so that they can debate whether political or social history can tell us more about life in a big house.
